Decan Football is the rebranded version of the supplied FootyLive project. It keeps the existing football match dashboard, match pages, stream resolver, multiview player, favorites, theme switcher, caching and local API routes.
This build keeps only the providers already present in the original project: WatchFooty, Streamed.pk, CDNLiveTV and the free public ESPN soccer scoreboard feed. No paid sports-data subscription, API-Sports account or API key is required. ESPN provides an additional public scoreboard feed without authentication; it is an undocumented endpoint and may change. Provider availability and returned match coverage depend on those upstream services.
The original WatchFooty integration supplies the primary football fixtures and match details. Streamed.pk is used as a football fixture/stream fallback when its endpoint returns valid data. CDNLiveTV remains an existing channel lookup source and can also contribute football fixtures when its existing event feed supplies them. The supplied project does not include verified NBA, NFL or NHL fixture feeds, so this release does not invent or fabricate those competitions.
The app runs without Redis credentials using its in-memory cache. NEXT_PUBLIC_API_BASE is optional and defaults to the WatchFooty host already configured in the source. STREAM_SECRET is optional for local development but should be set to a long random secret in production. Do not commit .env.local or private credentials.
Install dependencies with npm install, start the development server with npm run dev, then open http://localhost:3000. For production, run npm run build followed by npm run start.
